friendly staff helpful staff clean hotel rough area stale pastries limited selection
the staff were very friendly. they were accommodating and very helpful. the hotel was very clean with a good decor throughout.
the surrounding area felt quite rough. it did not feel particularly safe, especially after dark. breakfast was underwhelming. it had a limited selection of cheese and some stale pastries.

The apartment size was good. It had enough space. The fridge, shower and air conditioning all worked properly. The breakfast offered fresh food and fruits. I felt the area around the hotel was safe. Everything was in walking distance. The staff was helpful and respectful.
The pool looked small. It wasn't a problem for me because I didn't use it.

The breakfast buffet included juices, cheese, and fruits. They also had olives and some hot dishes. Omelets were cooked to order each morning, that was a nice touch.

The reception staff was always available and ready to help. The cleaning staff kept the rooms tidy. Any requests were addressed quickly. I thought they provided excellent service.

limited variety infrequent cleaning
The breakfast was simple. The variety was very limited. if something ran out, it wasn't replenished. i also found the room cleaning wasn't daily. a staff member told me cleaning happened every three days. I asked for the room to be cleaned more often. eventually, it was cleaned on the fifth day.

Excellent Stay!
helpful staff strong wifi great shower
The staff were helpful, especially Mr Ismail (I really appreciated his assistance). The WiFi signal was strong, unlike many other places I have stayed. The location was on a calm street and quite close to the city center. The shower was particularly good, offering great water pressure and temperature.
The pool is a bit small, but luckily it was not crowded .

The apartment was very clean and well kept. It included cooking tools and a comfortable bed (I slept very well). The apartment's layout offered excellent space for relaxation and convenience.

The reception staff were friendly and always ready to help with any requests. They provided useful information about the area and assisted with arranging transportation. Their warm welcome.

The room included a well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor area featured a nice, clean pool.
The outdoor breakfast area became quite hot in the mornings.
